She was born in Schönberg, East Prussia. She was the daughter of Albrecht Christoph Count Finck von Finckenstein (1661–1730) and Arnolda Charlotte von Kreyzen (1673–1749).
She was married to Count Adam von Schlieben (1696–1754) in Schönberg, East Prussia on 27 November 1720. They had one son: Count Charles Leopold von Schlieben. His daughter Countess Friederike of Schlieben was married to Friedrich Karl Ludwig, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck, member of the Danish Royal Family.
